A buyer’s premium of 25% will be added to the hammer price, along with a standard auction fee of SEK 100. These extras include VAT. If you fail to collect your purchases within the prescribed time, you will be charged a late payment fee of SEK 80 per lot per started day past the deadline. Some auction lots have to include an artists’ fee by law. This is called a droit de suite and is 5% for amounts exceeding SEK 2,700 (correct for 2023). Lots subject to this fee are marked with (F) – from the Swedish term följerätt.

The droit de suite guarantees that the artist or their heirs receive a fee on the resale of their works of art, as well as certain works of industrial art.
